Cheryl Bartlett presents original songs reflecting world rhythms and feminine sensuality featured on her JUST RELEASED CD recording entitled "Like Ocean, Like Lace".

the album features guitarist Bobby Nishida, slack key guitarist Ozzie Kotani, bassists Ben Kaumeheiwa and John Kolivas, and drummer Rogerio Araujo. In addition to nine of Cheryl's original songs the CD includes songs written by Hawaii composers Herb Mahelona and Bailey Matsuda.

Biography
Cheryl Bartlett is a singer, actress, dancer, and composer with local and international performing credits. This former Miss Hawaii and multiple Po'okela Award winner has been the headliner for the American Songbook Concert sponsored by The Hawaii Vocal Arts Ensemble and has performed as a soloist for The Honolulu Symphony, Allegro Concert Orchestra, Hawaii Youth Symphony, and the Combined Military Bands. She has also sung with the groups Blue Canoe, Espiritu Libre, and Samba Axe sharing favorite musical genres such as jazz, Hawaiian, Brazilian, Latin, and world rhythms. Cheryl's work as an actress may be seen in the independent films "The Symposium" and "Pele o ka Foodmart" by Michael Wurth (www.scriptwise.com). Cheryl is also a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and a private voice instructor.
